The first ever Taste of Australia Culinary Competition

‘Masterchef-style’ Australian Culinary Competition was held at GRAIN Cooking Studio on 15 April, 2016. Using premium Australian produce and wine 14 contestants divided into seven teams representing Saigon Tourist Hotel School, KOTO, Á Âu Cooking School and Netspace battled it out for an all-expenses paid week-long training trip to Sydney sponsored by Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and the William Blue College of Hospitality Management.
