Taste of Australia NOSH Supper club Dinners
How would you like to sit back, relax and watch as the highest quality Australian produce is prepared fresh in front of you by the top Australian Chefs in the city? It happened at the Taste of Australia NOSH Supper club Dinners on 22 and 23 April, hosted at GRAIN Cooking Studio.
Showcasing the innovative and creative nature of Australian cuisine, and the talent of our Chefs, diners on Friday night were treated to Kangaroo carpaccio, Aussie Beef Short ribs and a dessert of spiced apples and ginger ice cream by Aussie Chefs from the Park Hyatt Saigon, Sorae, and Hong Kong restaurant Le Garcon Saigon. On Saturday night guests feasted on confit Tasmanian Salmon, juicy seared Kangaroo and deconstructed lemon myrtle pavlovas, all created by top Aussie Chefs from KOTO, the Kafe Group and Mekong Merchant. Delicious!
